How can I earn extra credits?

You can earn bonus credits by watching rewarded ads on your dashboard, referring friends (20 credits each), or sharing your creations publicly (5 credits per share).

Free daily credits reset every 24 hours. Bonus credits from referrals and ads do not expire as long as your account is active. Pro/Pro+ plans have unlimited generations so credits are not needed.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can still browse the gallery, use the prompt library, and manage your account. To generate more images, upgrade to a Pro plan for unlimited generations or watch a rewarded ad for instant credits.

How long does generation take?

Most images generate in 10-30 seconds. Pro users get priority queue access for faster generation. Complex prompts or high resolutions may take slightly longer.

What resolutions are available?

Free users can generate up to 1024px. Pro users up to 2048px. Pro+ users up to 4096px. The Upscaler tool can further enhance images up to 8× their original resolution.

Why did my generation fail?

Generation failures are usually caused by overly complex prompts, server load, or inappropriate content filters. Try simplifying your prompt or try again in a moment. If the issue persists, check our system status page.

Can I use negative prompts?

Negative prompts (telling the AI what to avoid) are available on Pro and Pro+ plans. They help refine results by excluding unwanted elements from your generated images.

What AI models are available?

Free users use our standard Stable Diffusion model. Pro+ users gain access to multiple AI models including specialized models for different art styles and use cases.

What are the plan differences?

Free: 5 daily credits, watermarked, 1024px. Pro ($12.99/mo): Unlimited, no watermark, 2048px, negative prompts, premium styles. Pro+ ($29.99/mo): Everything in Pro plus 4096px, multiple models, ControlNet, commercial use, API access.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. You will keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

By default, your images are private. Free users can mark images as public for the community gallery. Pro and Pro+ users have full control over visibility settings including private generations.

Can I use my images commercially?

Free and Pro plan images are for personal use. Pro+ includes a commercial use license, allowing you to use generated images in commercial projects, products, and marketing materials.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your Profile page. This will permanently remove all your data, generations, and account information. This action cannot be undone.
